Many factors have allowed the Swedish company to achieve such a high success and it is manifested even today despite the arrival of equally valid competing for alternatives like Deezer, Apple Music, and YouTube Music. However, perfection is an element that lacks everything and Spotify is not far behind. For this reason, the team of developers of the music streaming service seems to be ready to release a series of innovations aimed at improving the listening experience of each user. In particular, the novelty package consists of three very interesting elements: Simplified navigation, Personalized search, Endless Artist Radio. The first functionality, according to its name, simplifies the search functionality. Users will be able to find the desired track more accurately, thus incurring a smaller number of times in an error situation. Added to this is an improvement in the suggestions section and the section dedicated to the new features.
The second function is, in all probability, the one that molds more with the individual needs of the user. In the case in which the user does not have particular ideas on which song to listen, it will be the same system that, through a search bar placed at the top, will recommend to the user the songs to listen to. The algorithm has been studied on the basis of user needs in such a way as to satisfy almost everyone. The third function is the most particular one. This is a further improvement of the ‘radio’ system, already rooted in the foundations of Spotify. The user will have the possibility to access a particular playlist, created on the basis of their favorite contents (taken from both the songs and the favorite artists) and which allows a virtually infinite listening flow. Even all the suggested tracks can be saved locally in order to listen to them later even if there is no network connectivity. Moreover, the new update will be available from today through a software update on all Android and iOS devices. We remind, as the last detail, that these functions are available only to users registered for the operator’s Premium service, yes, Spotify Premium. So, what do you think about this?
